International (USA, UK & Other Countries): Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active in the courier’s system.
We work with trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Black & White Décor is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +1 (609) 969-9957, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
In case a package is lost in transit, we will assist by coordinating with the courier. However, replacements or refunds can only be processed after the courier officially confirms the loss.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
